General Shipping Time

All of our products are typically shipped within 2-5 business days. Actual delivery times can vary depending on the destination country or region.

Couriers

We are not a shipping company; instead, we use third-party couriers to deliver your products. Shipping within the United States is handled by USPS or UPS Ground. For international shipments, we use DHL.

Tracking and Delivery

  • USPS First Class Mail: We provide tracking numbers but cannot guarantee when USPS will scan them into their system. USPS claims can be filed after 45 days.
  • UPS Ground: We guarantee delivery. If an item is lost during shipment, we will replace it free of charge.
  • DHL: We guarantee delivery to the address you provided. A package is considered lost if there has been no tracking update for 5 days.

Delivery Time Estimates

  • Delivery times vary based on the destination:
    • United States: Typically 3-7 business days.
    • International Orders: Varies by country, ranging from 7-21 business days. Shipping to remote areas may take longer.

Seasonal Delays

Please note that during peak seasonal periods such as Christmas, Halloween, and Valentine’s Day, estimated delivery times may be longer than usual. These delays are beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience during these busy times.

Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges or loss of the product. We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped.
